Overall review of your placement: We got to work on pretty cool brands mostly through spec work, but did get put on a lot of banner ads. We also had a time when the CD wasn't giving us a review when needed, we do understand everyone's busy but as a person in that role giving feedback is still essential to all the creatives. There's a massive lack of female creative there as well people from different backgrounds but the people are lovely and you're given a great opportunity that wouldn't anywhere else!
